This Website for our summer Camps & Tour Booking Service is operated by Camp Rockwell, whose address is Camp Rockwell, Rockwell College, Cashel, Co. Tipperary. Camp Rockwell is the data controller in respect of information collected when you browse this website & when booking our services online.

This privacy policy sets out how Camp Rockwell uses and protects any information that you give Camp Rockwell when you use this website and our booking system.

Parent or Guardian Name,

Parent or Guardian Contact information including email address, phone number etc.

Camp Booking information including Child Name / date of birth / medical and diet notes / selected camp dates / transport options etc.

Photos taken by our designated Camp member will be used for the promotion of Camp Rockwell, on our literature, website, social media etc. We will also put them on our facebook page. If you do not want your child's photo to be taken during camp you can opt out when booking.

Tour Booking information including - Booking Contact Details / School Details / tour dates and tour additional information etc.


What we do with the information we gather from you:


We require this information to understand your needs and provide our service to you and your child, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping.

We may use the information to improve our products and services.

We use the information to contact you about your child and to provide update information to you and for all camp rockwell related matters.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address and/or mobile number which you have provided.

From time to time, we may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

However, it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with third parties in some circumstances, for example, In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal information with some of our service partners. These include, but not limited to, IT, website development, auditors, post and email marketing service providers, garda inquiry, safeguarding/Tusla/HSE inquiry, paramedic or hospital inquiry (e.g. in the event of an injury). All staff will have access to your information where necessary in the execution of their duties, staff will be allowed to take records home where required i.e. bus duty, staff will only be given the information that they require to do their work, at the end of the programme all records are returned to the Camp Office for storage.


Email Marketing


We would like to send you information about our services which may be of interest to you. At the booking page https://www.camprockwell.ie/booking you will have an option to subscribe for our email notifications.

We use 3rd party service provider mailchimp.com for our email marketing needs. We share your name and email address with them while using their services.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you can unsubscribe at the footer of every email or contact us at info@camprockwell.ie
